Steel front and rear sprockets

Steel sprockets are made from only the finest carbon steel C49 for the rear sprockets and a chromoly steel alloy SCM420 for the front sprockets. Each item goes through up to 25 production stages and 10 individual quality checks before leaving the factory.

RB premium front sprocket
JTs rubber padded sprockets offer the same quality, design and proven OEM technology used by major Japanese motorcycle manufacturers to absorb chain shock since the early 90s. Thus achieving less noise emission and wear while riding.

Sport front sprocket
Carefully optimized to reduce weight while maintaining strength. Ideal for the sporty, committed motorcyclist. Fully heat treated for maximum durability, the sport sprockets are designed for champions.

MX front sprocket
MX Series front sprockets are manufactured to exacting tolerances and feature special, self-cleaning grooves for extended life and performance. Manufactured from the finest chromoly steel and fully heat treated for maximum durability, the MX Series sprockets are designed for champions.
